I'm Bloggin' It

Had brunch today with my friend C, another writer. She had read Ten Manipulations early on and really liked it. She was sad to hear the project was dead in the water.

It isn't all bad. I have plenty of things to do now that I have all this free time on Sundays. Like my taxes. Taxes, wow. Finally something to procrastinate over other than writing :)

So that's why I updated the template to the site. Made the blockquotes stand out more and the pictures less; changed some links in the sidebar. I'm not super-skilled in the html/css arena, but I can't imagine most of the poeple I know figuring this kinda stuff out. Until we have true wysiwyg on the web, it will remain the province of mad fools.

Cameras are like that. Now that it's point-and-shoot, it's anyone's game. Or people think it's their game. Just like everyone thinks they can be a writer, just 'cause they know how to write. I bet accountants don't have that problem.
