Big Changes

The regular reader (hi mom) may have noticed the volume of posts dipped last week. That's because I've been preparing to move out of New York and go to Washington state. As I've previously mentioned, I'm going to be AC on a small-budget indie shooting out there.

The film is tentatively titled Rain in the Mountains, and (great news!) I've gotten permission from the filmmakers, Joel Metlen & Christine Sullivan, to blog the experience -- from pre-production on through. So Making the Movie Blog can start blogging the making of a movie again.

Since this site is going to be around for a while, I bought two URLs: makingthemovie.com and makingthemovie.info, the latter of which will eventually become the main address for the site. Thanks to the folks at Grandview DV Productions for hosting me while I got off the ground.
