If you haven't listened to Hollywood Saloon's two-hour David Fincher extravaganza podcast yet -- do it now. I thought I knew a lot about Fincher and his films, but Andy Siems and John Jansen really dug deep for some fine nuggets of directorial wisdom, including plentiful sound bites from Fincher's own mouth.
What was George Lucas' influence on the young Fincher? How did he revolutionize advertising and music videos at the age of 23? How did he get 20th Century Fox to pony up the money for Fight Club?
Hollywood Saloon just got my Podcast Alley vote.
